Hometown Knives Damascus skinner hand crafted to appeal all hunters. this skinner has over 25 hrs of work into it including forging, filing, fitting, grinding, polishing. The camel bone scales are locked in place with the multiple stainless steel pins and Scrimshaw Art Work is done on the camel bone sacale to enhance the beauty of the knife , and topped off with a damascus bolster. The handle is smooth with no steps and feels natural when held in the hand. The knife is weighted to have a balance point just above the bolster, to better help in long skinner jobs. Impressive workmanship on this knife!

We oil quench and temper to a hardness of 57-58 Rockwell C. Maintenance Recommendations: 
- Store in a dry environment and NOT in the sheath for a long period of time to prevent rust.  
- Oil or use Flitz polish to keep the shine and prevent the blade from rusting
- To sharpen use 22 - 25 deg angles or finer grit stones to hone the edge
